We live in a society where people want to see the dirt in others as opposed to the gold in them. In other words, people always want to see negativity in people as opposed to the good they do or the things they have done. I have been wanting to write this article on Keith Lee. I admire what Keith Lees does, but above his work and contributions to humanity is his faith in GOD and his love for his family! He undoubtedly and unapologetically stands on who he is; that is a true man of GOD! Over the past few months, I have seen people talk negatively about Keith Lee.

 

I am one who has been taught by GOD’S Grace through my Apostle, Pastor, and Grandpa the importance of looking at the gold in people instead of the dirt! Look at the potential that GOD placed in people or the difference that they have and not their mistakes or shortcomings, or criticize people for the success that they are making!

 

GOD has placed an anointing on Keith Lee and great possibilities in him that cause him to stand out and make an incredible difference in humanity. Keith Lee is a well-known food critic and influencer who reviews restaurants honestly and heartfeltly. Before his social media spotlight and fame, he was a professional mixed martial artist, fighting in Bellator and other promotions, but he later transitioned to creating food content on TikTok. His review style is casual and straightforward, often filmed from his car, where he shares his genuine thoughts on various dishes. His platform significantly impacts the restaurant industry; many small and family-owned establishments, especially those run by minority communities, have seen a massive boost in visibility and business after being reviewed by him.

With over 15 million followers on TikTok, Lee is recognized for his ability to influence a restaurant’s success—this phenomenon is sometimes referred to as being “Keith Lee-d.” His reviews are highly anticipated, and his words carry weight in the culinary world. In 2024, he recently made headlines for cutting short a food review tour in the Bay Area. He cited the region’s social and economic issues, such as homelessness and high living costs, as reasons for his abrupt departure, sparking widespread discussion among locals and thought leaders about the Bay Area’s challenges beyond its famed culinary scene.

 

Keith Lee’s work extends beyond food criticism; he uses his platform to shed light on His Faith, his family, and socioeconomic realities and bring attention to often overlooked communities and issues.

Thank you for always representing JESUS CHRIST! Regardless of what you do or what you may encounter you always praise GOD and lift Him up. Furthermore, you allow GOD to be visible and seen through your deeds and your platform. No matter what you have to face or what people may have to say negatively about you or what you do, keep shining and being a beacon of hope! People around the world are counting on you to make it.
