By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Mainly fair and very warm weather conditions will prevail over Belize today, according to the National Meteorological Service.
Expect sunny skies over most areas with isolated showers, along with a chance of isolated thunderstorms inland this afternoon.
Tonight will be partly cloudy, becoming cloudy at times over the south, as a few showers and isolated thunderstorms may develop late tonight especially over the Toledo District. Elsewhere only isolated showers are expected.
Inland temperatures will reach 96 degrees Fahrenheit before dropping to 75 overnight. The coast reaches 91 with a low of 84, while the hills stay at 84 and fall to 68.
At sea, winds will blow from the east to southeast at 5 to 15 knots with a light chop and waves of 2 to 4 feet.
Sunday and Sunday night will bring continuing fair and warm weather with isolated showers or thunderstorms.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the region during the next 48 hours.
