Mezete is an authentic Middle Eastern Food company based in Amman, Jordan. Launched in 2018 by the Jordanian manufacturer Kasih Food Production Company. Founded by Khaled Kasih, who left Jordan carrying a century-old family heritage in food processing.

The brand was born from a vision to reimagine traditional dishes for the modern world. Kasih studied food science and technology at Iowa State University. After graduation Kasih returned home to fulfill his father’s vision to make healthy and delicious Middle Eastern dishes a part of homes everywhere in the world.
