The annual awards recognize individuals whose lifelong dedication has contributed to preserving, promoting and advancing Belize’s diverse arts, culture and heritage.
The National Celebrations Commission, in partnership with NICH, extended congratulations to all this year’s awardees, recognizing their contributions to the cultural development of Belize.
The ceremony celebrated the stories, rhythms, traditions and creative expressions that form an important part of the nation’s identity.
Through their work and dedication, the honorees continue to help safeguard Belize’s rich cultural history and artistic heritage for future generations.
