Brother and father of Sikh killer who murdered Henry Nowak charged with owning arsenal of weapons including axe, knuckledusters, machete and swords
Vickrum Digwa, 23, was jailed for a minimum term of 21 years for stabbing Mr Nowak, 18. Today he will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court with his father Moga, 52, and brother Gurpreet, 27.
