We hired Samar's Promyse to do a deep cleaning of my brother's home. The two women came without the correct cleaning supplies. They brought a bottle of Murphy's Oil, Bottle of Bleach, vacumn, swifter to dust and swifter to mop. There was NO WINDEX, NO MOP, NO FURNITURE POLISH, NO ALL PURPOSE CLEANER, NO RAGS, NO PAPER TOWELS and No BATHROOM CLEANER.
They did not clean any of the following items:
top of the refrigerator
ceiling fans,
top of the chest of drawers,
lamps,
anything above their head.
They advertise 2nd cleaning for free but good luck with that. NO SHOW!
I give them a ZERO
