The Met Police have launched a murder investigation after the death of Keanu Taylor, 25, who was shot in a Coldharbour Lane drive-by shooting on Saturday morning.
Taylor was shot along with three others and had been taken to hospital after the incident, which occurred around 1.15 in the morning.
The other victims, aged 21, 47 and 70, were also taken to hospital, although their injuries were assessed as not life‑threatening or life‑changing.
Police have also been investigating a possible link between an Acre Lane stabbing an hour later and the Coldharbour Lane incident.
No arrests have been made.
Those with information or footage that could assist police investigating the incident have previously been asked to contact 101, quoting CAD 557/2May. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Det Ch Insp Allam Bhangoo said:
“Our thoughts are with Keanu’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
“This was a shocking act of violence which has had a devastating impact on those involved and the local community.
I want to reassure residents that we are working urgently to identify and apprehend those responsible.”
