Dr. Tina J. Ramsay is one of those leaders. In 2026, the visionary entrepreneur and community advocate reached another remarkable milestone as two organizations she founded received statewide recognition in the Best of South Carolina Awards.
CTR Media Network was recognized as a Best of South Carolina 2026 Regional Winner, following its Best of South Carolina 2025 Winner recognition, while CTR CARES Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, earned its first Best of South Carolina 2026 Honorable Mention.
