Somaliland, U.S. military officials discuss expanding security cooperation
Hargeisa (HOL) — Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro met Saturday with a U.S. military delegation led by Maj. Gen. Claude K. Tudor Jr., commander of U.S. Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA), to discuss expanding security cooperation and shared strategic interests in the Horn of Africa.
