Airtel Kenya has expanded its retail footprint in Mombasa with the opening of new customer experience stores designed to provide customers with easier access to its range of telecommunications and digital services.
The company announced that customers can now access Airtel services at four additional locations in Mombasa: Sabasaba, Airport Centre Mall, Nyali Bazaar and Likoni. Airtel said the outlets are more than traditional retail shops, serving as customer experience hubs where users can access a full range of products and support services under one roof.
The new stores will provide services including Airtel Money support, SIM-related services, device assistance, voice and data solutions, as well as newer connectivity offerings such as eSIM activation, home and office WiFi, enterprise solutions including Internet of Things (IoT) services, and fibre connectivity.
Airtel Kenya Managing Director Djibril Tobe said the expansion reflects the company’s focus on improving accessibility and delivering more digital and convenient services to customers across the country.
“Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. As we continue to grow across Kenya, we are focused on making our services more accessible, more digital, and more convenient.”

Airtel Kenya Customer Experience Director Goldermeir Opiyo added that the new retail stores are designed to bring the company closer to customers while showcasing the future of connectivity, including technologies such as eSIMs, fibre-powered internet and IoT solutions.
The expansion forms part of Airtel Kenya’s broader efforts to strengthen customer engagement and support the growing demand for digital connectivity services across the country.
