By Zoila Palma: Mopan Technical High School has expressed appreciation to Benque Viejo del Carmen Mayor Jorge Rosales for providing assistance with the use of a tractor to carry out much-needed maintenance work on the school compound ahead of the new academic year.
Mopan Tech said the assistance went beyond the use of equipment and represented an investment in the school community. “This support represents more than the use of equipment. It is an investment of time, resources, and financial assistance that has made a meaningful difference to our school,” the administration stated.
The school explained that maintaining its large campus requires significant effort and said the assistance helped prepare the grounds for the return of students and staff.
Mopan Technical High School also thanked Mayor Rosales for his continued support and for recognizing the importance of providing students with a conducive learning environment.
“Thank you, Mayor Jorge Rosales, for helping us prepare our campus and for being a partner in building futures together,” the school stated.
