Through more than 35 years of law enforcement experience Sabrina Tapp-Harper has provided excellent service to the community. She has led innovative training to officers around bias and prioritized domestic violence survivors, creating a nationally recognized Domestic Violence Unit. If elected, she is committed to enhancing transparency by building a public dashboard to keep communities, organizations, press and elected leaders informed of the effectiveness of the department.
