Dynamos seeks redemption against Scottland as coach promises improved performance

Dynamos FC head coach Genesis Mangombe has boldly declared that his side will not suffer another humiliating defeat to Scottland FC when the two teams clash at Rufaro Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

Mangombe made the remarks during a pre-match press conference ahead of the highly anticipated fixture.

Dembare will be seeking redemption after a crushing 5-0 defeat to Scottland in the Castle Challenge Cup earlier this year.

“We are saying to our fans to come in numbers and this time we will not disappoint you,” said Mangombe.

“It was a cup game, and our application was not perfect, and now we have rectified our mistakes.

“We are trying to make sure, through our structures, that this time around we are not porous like the previous time.”

A victory or draw for Dynamos would not only serve as redemption but also strengthen their position on the league table.

The Mangombe-led side currently sits fourth and remains one of four unbeaten teams in the campaign, alongside Highlanders FC, Scottland and Ngezi Platinum Stars.
