On June 1 in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received Mr. Claude Kakule Mukanda, Representative and Country Director of the World Food Program (WFP) in Mauritania.
The meeting focused on cooperation between Mauritania and the WFP, as well as ways to strengthen and further develop this cooperation in the service of the interests of the Mauritanian people.
The two sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
