Megan Thee Stallion has officially called it quits with Dallas Mavericks star Klay Thompson — and she isn’t holding back about why.
The rapper took to Instagram over the weekend with a pointed message accusing Thompson of cheating and wasting her time. “Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got ‘cold feet,’” Megan wrote. “Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season, now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous’???? I need a REAL break after this one .. bye y’all.”
She later issued a formal statement confirming the split. “I’ve made the decision to end my relationship with Klay,” she said. “Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity.”
Megan and Thompson were first linked last summer and made their red carpet debut at her Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in July.
