The text of the message is as follows:
“Majesty,
On the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of the Kingdom of Norway, it gives me great pleasure to extend to you my warmest congratulations and my best wishes for your Majesty’s good health and happiness, and for the further progress and prosperity of the friendly Norwegian people.
I would also like to reiterate our commitment to continue working toward strengthening and developing the existing relations of cooperation between our two countries, in the interest of our two friendly peoples.
