TWO WAYS HOME RELEASE NEW ALBUM PATIENCE TO PLAY - OUT NOW

UK & EUROPEAN TOUR UNDERWAY UNTIL NOVEMBER

LONDON, U.K. (April 17, 2026) – UK based Anglo-Austrian duo Two Ways Home have release their independent new album Patience To Play, out now. Stream/download here

Patience To Play comprises songs the band have released as standalone singles throughout the last couple of years, with the addition of several brand new, unheard tracks including lead single ‘Room For Love’.

“We are super excited to present Patience To Play, which is an accumulation of tracks written, produced and mixed by us at Summerland Studios,” they shared. “Each track tells a story and the album has energy that we can’t wait to take out on the road!”

Last week, the folk-leaning, country-inspired songwriters celebrated the release with album release shows in London, York and Wirral, before continuing the tour in Switzerland and Austria next week. The new record combines new songs along with fan favourites from their career to date and will be available to buy on CD, with a vinyl release to follow later this year.

Following these shows the band will continue to tour across Europe and the UK throughout the summer, including appearances at key festivals across the UK including Together Again Festival, Birmingham Dogs Home Country Festival and Country Calling.

This follows an appearance at C2C: Country To Countryat The O2 in March, where they played to a packed crowd, as the first ever artist to perform at The Barn stage, in the festival’s new area The Yellowstone Yard, in partnership with Paramount+.

ABOUT TWO WAYS HOME:

Two Ways Home are the songwriters: Isabella, originally from Vienna, Austria, and Lewis, who grew up in Gloucestershire, UK. The pair fuse catchy melodies with luscious harmonies and rocky guitars. After their inception in 2014, presenting 3 well received EPs, a debut album and several standalone singles, they have crafted a sound, drawing comparisons to artists like Lady A, The Lumineers and Fleetwood Mac.

Since their debut EP Wood For Trees, the band have seen radio play across the UK & Europe, toured internationally, shared stages with artists from Lainey Wilson to Blackberry Smoke and featured extensively in publications like The Sun describing their sound as ‘...crystal clear harmonies tinged with melancholy’. Their acclaimed follow up EP Better Days secured their reputation as a key player in the UK country & folk scene described as “a stunning piece of art” (One on One Music) and “unique, unexpected and brilliant” (The Upcoming). Their third EP Closest Stranger (2017) saw support from key stations Absolute Radio Country, CountryLine and BBC Introducing.

In addition to the music, there is an increasing demand for their songwriting skills, having written with/for artists such as Liz McClarnon, Twinnie and Kenny Foster. The duo have been trailblazers for the country scene in London, hosting their own regular songwriters event ‘The Round Up’, which has attracted high-profile names from Nashville such as Charlie Worsham and Lainey Wilson, whilst giving a fantastic platform for homegrown talent.

After a steady run of music over the last few years, the duo are set to release their sophomore album, Patience To Play on April 17th 2026, ahead of a busy year of touring, including numerous festivals and headline shows.
