AI Made Simple: Practical AI for Everyday Use at BPL; Lawson State Community College to Host Free Learning Sessions

Two events on Tuesday will offer residents free worksops to help understand AI better.

Artificial intelligence is no longer just a topic for technology experts. AI is becoming an everyday tool that can help people work smarter, save time, explore ideas and accomplish routine tasks.

The Birmingham Public Library is offering a free workshop to help patrons understand AI better. AI Made Simple: Practical AI for Everyday Use will be presented Tuesday, September 15, at the Springville Road Regional Library, 1224 Springville Road. The free one-hour workshop will introduce participants to practical ways AI tools can be used in everyday life.

Workshop presenter Leila Lewis of Solid Ground Strategies will guide participants through practical, real-world ways AI can be used for everyday tasks. The class is designed for both individuals and businesses, making it a useful opportunity for anyone who wants to better understand this rapidly changing technology.

AI Made Simple is designed to make common AI questions easier to answer. The goal is to help individuals and business owners better understand the technology and discover ways it can become a useful part of their daily lives.
