In a recent sit-down with The Willie Moore Jr. Show host Dwight Stone, the Grammy-winning gospel artist opened up about the journey that shaped her, and the purpose that continues to drive her forward.
Stone got straight to the point. “People know the voice,” he told her. “But I want them to know the journey.” From there, Kierra delivered, sharing the moments, milestones, and hard lessons that have defined her path.
A Journey Rooted in Legacy
Growing up in the Clark Sisters’ household, music was never optional for Kierra. It was air. She spoke about learning harmony at the kitchen table and finding her own lane while carrying a legendary family name.
“I had big shoes to fill,” she admitted to Stone. “But my mother always told me God gave me my own assignment. I don’t have to be anyone but Kierra.”
