It was Ross Stewart who gave Southampton the early advantage, breaking the deadlock in the 35th minute with a composed finish that sent the home crowd into celebration.

In the 85th minute, a swift counter-attack caught the Arsenal defence off guard.
Tom Fellows delivered a precise pass into the box, finding Shea Charles, who calmly slotted the ball past goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to seal a famous victory.
The result sends Southampton into the semi-finals alongside Manchester City and Chelsea, keeping alive their dream of another fairytale FA Cup run.
The final quarter-final fixture will see West Ham United host Leeds United.
