Ex-lawmakers seek to amend parties’ deregistration suit
The Incorporated Trustees of the National Forum of Former Legislators have applied to the Federal High Court in Abuja for leave to amend their originating summons in a suit seeking the deregistration of some political parties over alleged constitutional breaches. The suit targets the African Democratic Congress, Accord Party, Zenith Labour Party and Action Alliance.
