Dr. Shaqueda (Que) Parnell is a dynamic leader, healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and community advocate whose journey reflects the power of education, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership. As a proud past recipient of the Dr. Terence Thomas Scholarship through the Milwaukee Community Journal, Dr. Que continues to embody the scholarship’s mission of empowering future leaders to create lasting impact within their communities and industries.
Dr. Que earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, followed by a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her educational journey laid the foundation for a distinguished career in healthcare leadership, where she currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Utilization Management, leading teams and overseeing innovative, high-cost specialty and gene therapy initiatives that impact patient care on a large scale.
Beyond healthcare, Dr. Que is the CEO and Founder of Monumental Enterprises, LLC, the parent company of Monumental Kids Academy and Monumental Mentality. Through these ventures, she has dedicated herself to leadership development, entrepreneurship, education, and empowering professionals and families to build generational success.
Known for her passion for mentoring, public speaking, and community engagement, Dr. Que has become a respected voice in leadership, workforce culture, and professional development. She has organized impactful conferences, networking events, and leadership initiatives designed to inspire growth, collaboration, and economic empowerment.
