The resort is hosting a special International Friendship Day celebration on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and it promises great food, great company, and great memories.
The Friendship Day menu is a feast worth gathering the crew for, at $59.00 per person plus tax. Start with a comforting cow foot soup, or opt for the Black Orchid Salad, crispy romaine lettuce topped with toasted cashews, apple, blackberry, and white cheese, tossed in the resort’s own creamy house dressing.
For the main course, choose between the roasted rosemary pork chop, served with garlic mashed potato, grilled sweet corn, and bread, or a hearty plate of Belizean rice and beans with baked chicken, potato salad, stuffing, cranberry, and smoked ham. Save room for dessert, with key lime pie or cassava pudding topped with soursop ice cream rounding out the meal.
