McKee Career and Technical Education High School in Staten Island. The Staten Island event marked the first stop of the weeklong tour, which will bring college and career readiness programming to students across all five boroughs of New York City. Through educational assemblies, interactive activities, motivational messages, and valuable college and career readiness resources, I WILL GRADUATE is encouraging students to take charge of their futures, remain committed to their education, and “level up” as they prepare for college, careers, and life beyond high school, while creating a fun, engaging, and high-energy experience for students. Each stop features an educational and engaging pep rally-style assembly, combining important college and career readiness information with interactive activities, motivational moments, student participation, and opportunities to connect with valuable resources. The goal is to make learning about their future both meaningful and exciting while reinforcing the importance of graduation, continued education, and career preparation. The tour will continue throughout the week with stops in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Manhattan, bringing the LEVEL UP message directly to students and school communities across New York City. The Five Borough Tour is also building momentum toward the 2026 I WILL GRADUATE Day Celebration on Thursday, October 15, I WILL GRADUATE’s signature citywide empowerment event and one of New York City’s largest student-focused celebrations of education, achievement, and future success. At I WILL GRADUATE Day, students from across New York City will come together to celebrate education and their potential, hear from inspirational leaders and community partners, and make a commitment to their futures by pledging to stay focused on graduating, pursuing higher education and career opportunities, and taking ownership of their success.
