Kelvin Adams, president and CEO of the St. Louis Community Foundation, has been appointed to the Webster University Board of Trustees.
Adams previously served as superintendent of St. Louis Public Schools for 14 years, during which the district regained full accreditation from the Missouri State Board of Education.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from Northeast Louisiana University, a master’s degree in elementary education from Xavier University and a doctorate in educational leadership and administration from the University of New Orleans.
