New Release: Takana Zion & Warrior King – Few Words

Takana Zion continues to spread his message far beyond his native Guinea. The internationally respected reggae singer has now joined forces with Jamaican roots artist Warrior King for Few Words, a powerful new single that pairs two unmistakable voices on one timeless riddim.
The song rides a refreshed take on Jackie Mittoo & The Soul Vendors’ classic Hot Milk riddim, a foundation that many reggae fans will also know through Barrington Levy’s 1984 anthem Murderer, produced by Jah Life. It’s a fitting backdrop for a conscious tune that lets the lyrics do the talking.
Released alongside an official video, Few Words also serves as the lead single and title track from Takana Zion’s forthcoming album, giving listeners an enticing first taste of what’s to come.
