For five years, Run The World Expo has served as a powerful platform where women gather to learn, connect and grow. This year, the annual event returns to New York City with an expanded vision, a star-studded lineup and a renewed commitment to helping women lead boldly in every aspect of their lives.

Hosted by Women In Power Collective, the weeklong experience culminates with Run The World: The Summit on June 26-27, bringing together entrepreneurs, creatives, industry leaders and change makers for meaningful conversations centered on leadership, wellness, innovation and economic empowerment.

This year’s theme, “A Cultural Reset for How We Lead, Live, Work and Create,” reflects the changing landscape women are navigating as they continue to redefine success, build businesses and influence culture on a global scale.

Leading the lineup is actress, singer and model Serayah, whose career and advocacy for mental health and self-empowerment have inspired women around the world. Her appearance is expected to be one of the event’s highlights as attendees gain insight into her journey in entertainment, personal growth and purpose-driven leadership.

Joining Serayah are cultural influencers Chee Smalls and Kiana Leroux, both recognized for using their platforms to champion creativity, representation and community engagement. Visionary leaders Melanie Marie and Em Lora will also take the stage, sharing perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation and intentional leadership.

For founder Kadeisha Placide, the Expo is the culmination of years spent creating spaces where women, particularly women of color, can thrive. Through Women In Power Collective and Classic Beauty Studio, Placide has built a community rooted in confidence, wellness and personal development.

“Women deserve spaces where they can be seen, heard and supported,” Placide said. “Run The World was created to provide exactly that.”

Beyond celebrity appearances, the Expo’s impact lies in its ability to connect women with resources, mentorship and opportunities that can transform careers and lives. Programming will explore topics including wellness, motherhood, faith, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment and leadership.

A key addition this year is a focus on technology and artificial intelligence, offering attendees insight into how innovation is reshaping industries and creating new opportunities for women in business and leadership.

The week officially begins with an invitation-only Opening Ceremony on June 25, bringing together cultural leaders, innovators and community builders to celebrate the Expo’s fifth anniversary.

As Run The World Expo marks this milestone year, its mission remains clear: to create opportunities for women to flourish, build meaningful connections and confidently shape the future on their own terms.
