By Breaking Belize News Staff: Police are investigating an armed robbery at Jenny’s Store in the San Pedrito Area of San Pedro Town.
According to police, a 50-year-old Guatemalan store owner of San Pedro Town, reported that the robbery occurred around 8:45 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026.
He told police he was inside his grocery store when a male person entered the establishment and selected several items. The man then walked toward the cash register, pulled out a firearm, pointed it at the store owner, and demanded money.
Fearing for his life, he handed over an undisclosed amount of cash to the culprit.
Police say investigations into the robbery are ongoing.
