On 7 May in Nouakchott, the Minister of Trade and Tourism, Ms Zeinebou bint Ahmednah, received His Excellency Mr Amin Saïd, Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to Mauritania, accompanied by the organising committee of the exhibition of Algerian products and services in Nouakchott.
During the meeting, trade relations between the two countries were discussed, particularly the recently signed bilateral agreements, as well as the role of the exhibition in opening up new prospects for partnership between economic actors in Mauritania and Algeria.
For his part, His Excellency the Algerian Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome, praising the facilities and care provided by the Mauritanian authorities to ensure the success of the exhibition.
