By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): A 40 year old woman and a 17 year old boy were taken into custody after police found suspected crack cocaine and cannabis at a home in San Jose Village, Orange Walk District.
Police say that on Friday, September 25, an anti drug team made up of Orange Walk Special Branch, GI3 and the Quick Response Team executed a search warrant at the residence.
A search of the teen’s front pants pocket allegedly turned up a clear plastic bag holding small foil parcels of suspected crack cocaine.
Officers then searched the house and reportedly found a plastic bag of suspected cannabis on the rooftop.
At the Orange Walk Police Station, the suspected crack was counted at 28 foil parcels weighing 3.99 grams.
