This Kapten & Son backpack has become my new favorite go-to for lengthy tube rides to meetings and such. Not only does it fit everything I need in it, but it also has a padded panel at the back which feels so luxe.  Kapten & Son Kapten & Son Bali Pro All Black, $, available at Kapten & SonImage Courtesy of Kapten & Son All the cool girlies are wearing Oner Active, so I quite fancied getting in on the sportswear action, too. I’m happy to report that I can see why the brand is gaining more popularity! Lately, while I’ve been exercising, I’ve been testing out the brand’s sports bra and leggings, and I love how comfortable they are. Equally, I love the fabric as it feels like everything is held in place while I get a sweat on!Oner Active Oner Active EnhanceLift™ Seamless Leggings, $, available at Oner ActiveImage Courtesy of Oner Active How chic is this Prada hand cream? Not only does it smell divine, but it’s coloured in the brand’s signature green shade, too. Whether I pop it in my handbag before heading out or leave it on my nightstand, it’s both easy to carry around with me and/or a fabulous addition to my home aesthetics.  Prada Prada Hand Cream, $, available at PradaImage Courtesy of Prada For the past few months, I’ve been using Rehab’s shampoo and conditioner, and my hair has felt great. Made without sulfates, parabens and mineral oils, this shampoo and conditioner combo has been a much-needed addition to my haircare routine. It’s not only me who’s now a fan of the brand, but my most recent house guests have also just purchased some, too! Rehab REHAB. These Le Creuset salt and pepper mills will complement the space beautifully without overwhelming it. We used to have battery-powered grinders with push buttons, but they don't fit the more rustic look we're going for. These feel timeless, functional, and are a much better match for our future kitchen aesthetic. Le Creuset Le Creuset Pepper Mill, $, available at NordstomImage Courtesy of Le CreusetI bought this set a couple of weeks ago and have been saving it until we moved into a nicer space so I could finally put it on display. I can't wait to crack it open. The utilitarian pumps and rustic bottles remind me of the beautiful hand soaps and lotions you find in luxury hotels and country house retreats like Heckfield Place and Babington House. And the scent is incredible. Aromatic lemongrass, zippy grapefruit, earthy clary sage, soothing lavender, and warm woody notes make this one of the best-smelling hand soap and lotion duos I've ever come across. It transforms something as mundane as washing your hands into a genuinely luxurious little ritual, which, for me, makes it well worth the price. Commune Seymour Hand Duo + Reusable Pumps, $, available at CommuneImage Courtesy of CommuneKarina Hoshikawa, Senior WriterI’ve always been a fan of Avaline, and not just because I’m a fan of the brand’s co-founder, Cameron Diaz, but because the brand creates some of the most affordable, delicious organic wines. This summer, I’ve been enjoying Avaline’s still rosé, which features a limited-edition label by Paris-based artist Marcelo Gomes. I don’t love sweet wines, but this rosé is super light and drinkable, with crisp, dry notes of melon and citrus. I’ve brought it over to wine nights with the girls, and it was a total crowd pleaser — even for people who don’t normally like rosé. Avaline Avaline Limited-Edition Rosé, $, available at AvalineImage Courtesy of AvalineOne thing about me is that I absolutely love a sauna. I love that it’s all private suites that you book by the hour, which makes the experience feel more private and relaxing — each suite has its own TV, but I find I get the most out of my session by going completely screen free and unplugging as much as possible. (Sometimes, I will bring a book, but the pages will get soggy if you’re not careful!) Depending on your location, membership plans start at about $139 for two sessions a month, and go up to $289 per month for unlimited visits. I’ve slowly gotten more used to cold plunging, but it’s still not my favorite feeling in the world. I’ve found that in the month I’ve been going regularly, I have more energy, my muscles are less sore, and my skin looks glowier and more radiant.

Short girl problems means I frequently need a step stool for every room in my apartment. I’ve been looking for ones that are stylish and functional, and this orange kid’s stool caught my eye while searching. Right now, I’ve been using it in my bathroom and it’s great since it has rubber grips at the bottom to prevent any type of slipping or moving. It’s very easy to clean and the perfect height at six inches to use for “colon wellness” and reaching the top of the medicine cabinet.

I usually have no qualms with splurging on fancy clothes but I’m less inclined to spend on luxury bedding...until now. I purchased a new set of bedsheets from Brooklinen in this fun yellow floral pattern that looks a bit retro. I chose the Luxe Sateen version which is super soft, cool, and smooth—ideal for sleeping during hot summer nights. Now I never want to leave my bed and very tempted to bed rot

I’ve completely fallen in love with this product. So much so, I’ve been converted to a room-spray-person-kind-of-person. I used to think room sprays were kind of unnecessary. I was loyal to the slow burn of a good candle until I tried the Flamingo Estate Heirloom Tomato Room Spray.

I spray it constantly — in our kitchen, bathrooms, and most recently inside my closet, which has somehow transformed getting dressed into a tiny sanctuary moment. It makes everything feel expensive, calm, and a little cinematic — in the best way, thanks to its notes of tomato leaves, herbs and more.

Wellness enthusiasts who love to track every detail of their day, but also want to be fashion forward, rejoice because someone has finally made a chic Oura ring cover!
I always felt so self-conscious about my Oura ring ruining my, otherwise beautifully curated ring stack, until I found this product from Steff Eleof that's been an absolute gamechanger. They have a fine jewelry version made with real gold, but I went for the plated version and I couldn't be happier with how it looks. Now, I never remove my Oura ring, even for special occasions.
