A viral video shows the young athlete appearing composed at a scheduled brand engagement in Midtown Manhattan. The WNBA forward was photographed outside a Victoria’s Secret event on Fifth Avenue on Tuesday, marking her first sighting since the deal was confirmed, with photos published by the Daily Mail.
Reese was seen smiling as she arrived at the flagship store, where she was taking part in promotional duties tied to her role in the “Season of Strapless” swim campaign. Her public outing came just hours after reports surfaced that she had been dealt to Atlanta in a trade involving future first-round draft selections in 2027 and 2028.
The move officially closes her chapter with Chicago after she was originally selected seventh overall by the Sky in the 2024 WNBA Draft. The trade signals a major roster shift for both franchises as Atlanta acquires a high-profile young star in exchange for long-term draft capital.
