By Zoila Palma: The Belize City Council is hosting its Downtown Super Sale: Back-to-School Edition today, Saturday, August 15, giving shoppers an opportunity to purchase school essentials while taking advantage of a Back-to-School Tax-Free Day.
The event is taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. along Albert Street and Regent Street in downtown Belize City.
Vendors and businesses are expected to offer a range of back-to-school items and other products as families prepare for the new school year.
The Super Sale coincides with the Back-to-School Tax-Free Day, allowing shoppers to save even more on qualifying school-related purchases.
The Belize City Council is encouraging residents to come out, support local businesses and take advantage of the special shopping event.
