Nice information.Travelling along the way, I always ask myself whether the pyramids are simply piles of rocks or as explained above. However, none of the colonisers whether the Dutch, the French or the British ever mentioned about these stone pyramids. They drew many landscapes of the island : the relief, the dodos, the trees and mountains, the forests and rivers but none of their drawings depicted the pyramids .....
