Is it refusal to vaccinate that is the stark choice or Caribbean governments inability to govern fairly, justly, transparently, spiritually, equally in terms of social, health and educational development and an accommodating future for all of its people all of the time regardless of the colour of the tee- shirt and social status? Are those who refuse to vaccinate the root cause of our ineptness, lack of creative thinking, partisan politics, disrespect of constitutional laws and blatant abuse of power, arrogance, egoistic attitudes, corruption, hoarding of resources to give out as handouts during the election campaign and the historical begging bowl mentally? So please sir, your political rhetoric is part of the programme to maintain a system to keep us in citizenship by investment quagmire and servitude in the tourism industry - the 21st-century plantation economy where the plebs, abundantly, the African diaspora Caribbean people remain perpetually the field workers. Sir, you know the stark reasons and the hidden agenda. So spare us the political deception. This is the 21st century, not the plantation colonial economic system. You are right the region's reality is a 'stark choice' and it will remain stark until our leaders come clean and transparent. But please cease this continuation of the 'blame game mentality. But truth be told dam lies in the trend. Transparency and corrupt Caribbean leaders do not mix. They are not lovable bedfellows.
