The Gauteng High Court has ruled in favour of Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema in the matter against social media commentator, Musa Khawula.
The court has found that Khawula wrote defamatory, untrue and unlawful accusations about Malema and his wife, Mantoa Matlala, regarding their marital status.
Khawula has been ordered by the court to pay all costs.
