Daniel Asiedu to Participate in IFAL 2026 Panel

Mr Daniel Asiedu, Managing Director of OmniBSIC Bank Ghana, is confirmed to participate in the International Forum on African Caribbean Leadership (IFAL) 2026, taking place on 24 September at the Marriott Marquis, Broadway, New York, during United Nations General Assembly Week.

Asiedu will contribute to the Capital, Banking & Investment Power Panel, held under the theme “Financing the Alliance”. The session brings sovereign funds, commercial banking and development finance into conversation around capital mobilisation and economic cooperation.

A banker and Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of professional experience, Asiedu has worked across auditing, business consulting, banking, financial management and investment. He previously served as Managing Director of Agricultural Development Bank and Managing Director/CEO of Zenith Bank Ghana.

At OmniBSIC Bank, where he currently serves as Managing Director, Asiedu has overseen the bank’s continued development and financial growth. The bank’s official profile records its achievement of full capitalisation and profitability within three years of his assuming office, alongside several industry recognitions.

His participation at IFAL 2026 will bring Ghana’s banking-sector perspective to discussions on financing the Global African Alliance and expanding opportunities for investment and financial cooperation across Africa and the Caribbean.
