Four goals, two apiece in either half for Kitara, a missed penalty for Police defined the Royals’ comprehensive 4-0 victory over the Cops at Hamz stadium (Nakivubo War Memorial grounds) during the FUFA Super 8 duel on Sunday, 2nd August 2026.
Living Kabon, Patrick Henry Kaddu, Emmanuel Alex Wasswa and Jimmy Kalema found the back of the net past goalkeeper Sammon Oloka.

Kabon put Kitara ahead in the 21st minute. Ten minutes later, Kaddu doubled the lead for the Hoima based entity who led the opening stanza 2-0.
Subsistute Wasswa made it three for Kitara, with a well tapped in goal after being set up by Kaddu two minutes upon restart of play for the second half.

On the hour mark, goalkeeper Oloka faltered, losing possession on the edge of the goal area with Kalema rolling the ball into an empty net for Kitara’s fourth goal on the evening.
Police’s Congolese forward Bedia Ikamba missed a penalty after goalkeeper Meddie Kibirige dived to his right to tame a shot before reacting swiftly to stop the rebounder.

Both clubs optimally utilized the second half to ring a number of changes, granting the different players that crucial playing time.
Ghanian right back Christopher Bonney, made his bold introduction to Uganda’s football in the second half.
