Residents of Saint Lucia are being reminded that there will be no waste collection on Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day) and Thursday, January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day).
Residents who are normally scheduled for waste collection on those days are advised to refer to the revised collection schedule issued by the Saint Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority (SLSWMA).
According to the Authority, only the areas listed in the amended schedule are affected.
Full details, including affected communities and updated collection dates, are outlined in the graphics issued by the SLSWMA and embedded below.
Residents are encouraged to follow the updated schedule to avoid missed collections and to place waste at designated collection points on the correct days.
