In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Sierra moves forward with her divorce while Scrappy realizes he wants his family back. Here are the highlights for “Spin the Blockade.”
Zae gets his wish.
Sierra visits her divorce attorney with her mother. She is divorcing Zae even though she wanted to work things out. Zae wanted the divorce, and she isn’t going to fight for a marriage he doesn’t want.
After her attorney tells her it hasn’t even been a year, Sierra says she prayed, and she knows that divorcing Zae is the right thing for her to do. Her mother didn’t think Zae was ready for marriage, and she calls out Sierra for cutting off communication with her family when she’s in a relationship.
Ashley receives an apology from Lil Zane.
Lil Zane apologizes to Ashley for talking to his baby momma, Michelle, after he got his new tattoo. He realizes that doing so ruined a special moment for them. In a confessional, Ashley says that she believes Michelle still wants Zane.
They switch topics. Lil Zane’s brother needs a transplant. Their mother recently called him to ask him to go to the doctor and find out if he’s a match. Zane is terrified of doctors. So he doesn’t know what to do.
Sierra takes her mother and sisters to undergo a spiritual bath. She wants to make amends since they have had a strained relationship for years. After one of Sierra’s sisters tells her she drops them for men, she apologizes.
The charges against Karlie are dismissed.
Yandy invites Karlie Redd to a dance class. After they finish, Karlie receives a phone call from her attorney. He confirms the charges against her have been dismissed.
Karlie is elated.
Scrappy brings groceries to Bambi’s place. He confirms that things went wrong with Britney, and he wants his family back.
Bambi thinks Scrappy just likes to “spin the block” with his exes. She would prefer they continue to peacefully co-parent.
Sierra and Yandy hash things out.
Bambi meets with Yandy. Yandy tells Bambi that Mendeecees now gives her the “ick” and there is no coming back from that. She really didn’t like what he had to say at the cornfield, so she’s moving on.
Sierra pops up. Turns out Bambi asked her to come so she could make peace with Yandy. Sierra apologizes for going off on Yandy at the club and ranting on Instagram Live. While Yandy accepts Sierra’s apology, in a confessional, she says she won’t ever forget what Sierra did.
Renni’s boo is facing the death penalty.
Spice and Karlie check on Renni Rucci. She is stressed out because her child’s father, Blacc Zacc, could get the death penalty. A couple of his charges, including a Murder for Hire racketeering charge, carry the death penalty if found guilty.
Renni has been engaged to a man while he served time in federal prison, but she has never been in a situation as serious as this.
She breaks down in tears and becomes defensive when Karlie and Spice tell her she doesn’t have to be strong, and it’s okay for her to cry.
“I’m tired of crying. Crying don’t get no better outcome,” says Renni.
