Lucasraps and Luminary Jewellery Unveil 25-Piece Pendant. Lucasraps and Johannesburg jewellery brand Luminary Jewellery are turning their popular collaboration into an even rarer collector’s item with the release of a strictly limited “Round Two” pendant drop.

The second edition is set to launch on 28 August at 10AM SAST, with only 25 pieces available exclusively through luminaryjewellery.com. Fans were given a clear warning in the announcement: this is not a conventional restock, and once the 25 pieces are gone, they are gone.
The first edition of the handcrafted, hand-set pendant was limited to 60 pieces and quickly sold out. Inspired by Lucasraps’ Big Qosh identity and musical world, the piece became more than an accessory, with its limited availability adding to its appeal among fans and collectors.
For the second run, Luminary Jewellery is retaining the design and craftsmanship that defined the original while keeping production deliberately small. The move allows those who missed the first release to secure a piece while giving longtime supporters another opportunity to own part of the collaboration.
Lucasraps has previously described the Big Qosh chain as a reflection of his journey and identity, calling it “a piece of my identity” that represents the world he has built, where he comes from and the person he continues to become.
The collaboration also aligns with Luminary Jewellery’s identity as a Johannesburg-born brand focused on merging jewellery, hip-hop culture and street-inspired luxury. By working alongside local artists, the brand has built a space where jewellery can carry both fashion appeal and personal meaning.
With just 25 pendants available, scarcity is once again at the centre of the release. But for Lucasraps and Luminary, the drop is also about the community that supported the collaboration from the beginning.
For collectors hoping to secure the piece, the clock is already ticking. “Round Two” goes live on 28 August at 10 AM SAST, exclusively online. With no further release confirmed, the 25-piece drop could be the last opportunity to own a piece of the original Lucasraps and Luminary Jewellery moment.
