Mogadishu (HOL) — Mogadishu Mayor Hassan Mohamed Hussein Muungaab on Monday accused Puntland President Said Abdullahi Deni of inciting unrest and political violence in the capital, warning that authorities would not tolerate efforts to disrupt security, traffic or daily life.
