“I am very happy that we have won gold in Morogoro,” Mawa stated. “It was basically done through good planning. We organised the team after failing to perform well last year in Kakamega, Kenya. We picked valuable lessons and laid down strategies on how to excel. I also thank the board for the support and my entire technical personnel,” Mawa highlighted.

The primary school docket also had Netball, Handball, Volleyball, Cross Country and Athletics.

The FEASSA Games 2026 officially climaxed on Saturday, 22nd August 2026 before the schools embark on the gruelling journeys back home.
