Anguilla’s first female premier has been selected as an honouree and keynote speaker at a regional awards event recognising women leaders driving change.
Cora Richardson Hodge will discuss innovation, regional collaboration and the future of Caribbean women in leadership at the 2026 Caribbean POSH ICON Woman Awards on 26 June.
The awards are taking place as part of the Caribbean POSH Weekend which is marking its 10th anniversary this year, under the theme, ‘The future of the Caribbean: Connection, collaboration and growth’.

The multi-day programme, taking place from 25 to 30 June in the British Virgin Islands, celebrates women’s leadership, innovation and regional collaboration.
Janette Brin, founder and CEO of Caribbean POSH, said the team are proud to honour women who are helping shape the future of the Caribbean.
“This year’s honourees represent visionary leadership, resilience, innovation and impact,” she said, adding it comes amid regional discussions on economic growth, sustainability, tourism, entrepreneurship and cooperation.
Alongside Richardson Hodge, other honourees include leading figures across government, tourism, media, sustainability and entrepreneurship from across the Caribbean.
The weekend will also feature a POSHgirl POWER Brunch, PINK Sunday Sunset Sail, curated cultural experiences, networking opportunities and regional conversations.
