President of Republic Leaves for Chad to Participate in African Water Forum

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, left the Qatari capital, Doha, on Tuesday for the Republic of Chad. There, he will participate in the proceedings of the African Water Forum, which is scheduled to open on Wednesday in N’Djamena.

Organized under the theme “From Vision to Action,” this forum will bring together decision-makers and international leaders to examine sustainable solutions to water-related challenges on the African continent.

The President of the Republic is accompanied by a high-level delegation, including:

  • Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic
  • Mrs. Amal Mint Maouloud, Minister of Water and Sanitation
  • Mr. Mohamed Ould Abidine, Chargé d’Affaires of the Mauritanian Embassy in Chad
  • Mr. Saleh Ould Dehmach, Officer in Charge of Mission at the Presidency of the Republic
