CASTRIES St. Lucia, Oct 30,  CMC - The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) says it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Family Offices for Sustainable Development (FOSD) Summit to address the unique challenges faced by Small Island Developing States SIDS), through innovations in geospatial data, regional cooperation, financing, and other solutions.
