SC Villa have no choice but beat visiting Buhimba United Saints at Fufa stadium, Kadiba on Saturday if they are to remain in a title conversation.
Zeljko Kovacevic side lie 3rd on the table with 48 points, seven and three behind Vipers and KCCA who are in front of them respectively.
With the Venoms not in action until Sunday against stubborn Entebbe UPPC, a win for the Blues will cut the lead to just four points.
They come into the game high on confidence from previous outings which included beating KCCA and drawing with Vipers at Kadiba.
On the other hand, Buhimba are low on confidence with six defeats on the bounce and are now second from bottom on the log with only 15 points.
They will be desperate to end that losing streak but Villa’s in form forwards Hassan Mubiru and Frank Ssebuufu will ask questions.
In other fixtures on Saturday, KCCA visit Calvary at Midigo in Yumbe, Police make a short trip to Wankulukuku while Lugazi are at home to Kitara in Najjembe.
