By Zoila Palma: Belizeans around the country are extending condolences to the family and friends of beloved pediatrician Dr. Cecilio Eck.
Two years ago, Dr. Eck was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and since then, he fought a good fight.
“The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to everyone who stood with them throughout this journey — for every prayer, every donation, every message, every visit, and every act of kindness shown to Dr. Eck and his loved ones.
Your love and support carried the family through some of their hardest days, and for that they are eternally grateful,” a statement from the family said.
The family askes for prayers for his wife, Lysette Eck, his children, and the entire family in your prayers during this difficult time.
