In a world where many are striving for success yet quietly battling self doubt, confusion, and a lack of direction, the Transformation Trio is redefining what real growth looks like. Rooted in faith, personal experience, and intentional action, this powerful collective is helping individuals move beyond surface level motivation and step into true alignment. Their work is not about quick inspiration, but about lasting transformation. By combining spiritual guidance with practical strategy, they are equipping people to gain clarity, take ownership of their journey, and build a life that reflects both purpose and discipline.

1.  The Transformation Trio is rooted in  a personal journey of growth. Can each of you share a defining moment that led you to step into your purpose as coaches?

Angela:

“For me, it wasn’t one big moment, it was a series of quiet realizations that I could no longer ignore. I was helping everyone else build their vision, pour into their lives, and create structure… but I had areas in my own life where I was playing small. And I remember thinking, ‘You can’t keep teaching people how to win and not fully walk in it yourself.’ That was the moment I chose alignment over comfort. I got really clear on my vision, and I committed to walking it out boldly. That’s where my coaching truly started… not from theory, but from transformation.”

Debbie:

“My defining moment came through pressure. Life was lifing and I found myself at a crossroads where I had to decide: Am I going to stay in survival mode, or am I going to step into purpose? And I chose purpose. But it didn’t happen overnight. It was through faith, consistency, and doing the work even when it was uncomfortable. Once I saw my own life begin to shift, I knew I couldn’t keep that to myself. Coaching became my way of helping other people realize that transformation is possible for them too.”

Kim:

“For me, it was recognizing that everything I had gone through wasn’t just for me it was preparation. There were moments I didn’t understand, seasons that stretched me, and lessons that shaped me. But one day it clicked: ‘This is bigger than you.’ That’s when I stepped fully into my purpose. Coaching became the vehicle to turn my experiences into impact to help others see that their story has power, and their next level is already within reach.”

2.  Your approach blends faith based principles with practical strategies. How do you balance spiritual guidance with actionable steps for real-life transformation?

“For us, there is no separation between faith and strategy; they were never meant to be divided. Faith is the foundation… but strategy is the structure we build on top of it. We start with spiritual guidance seeking God for clarity, direction, and vision. But we don’t stop there. We believe that what God reveals, it’s our responsibility to steward. That means turning that vision into real, actionable steps.

So, we ask:

 What does this look like in your daily life?

 What habits need to shift?

 What systems need to be put in place?

Because transformation doesn’t happen from inspiration alone it happens from implementation. We help people take what they’re hearing in prayer and bring it into their reality through structure, discipline, and accountability. That’s the balance. Not choosing between faith or action…But building a life where your faith drives your actions and your actions reflect your faith.”

3.  Many people struggle with self-doubt and feeling “stuck.” What is the first mindset shift you encourage clients to make when beginning their transformation journey?

“You’re not stuck, you’ve just paused your movement. The first shift is deciding to move anyway. Not when it’s perfect… not when you feel ready… but right now. Because clarity comes after you move, not before.”

4.  You have led conferences, leadership groups, and events. What is one moment or testimony from an attendee that truly affirmed your mission?

For us, it’s honestly not just one testimony, it’s many. We’ve seen people recover from job loss…We’ve seen people walk through and overcome serious health challenges…We’ve watched individuals take those first small, intentional steps to get their finances in order…And one of the most powerful shifts we’ve seen people start making choices that truly prioritize a balanced, God-centered life.

5.  Each of you brings unique strengths to the Trio. How do your individual experiences complement one another to create a powerful collective impact?

“What makes our impact powerful is that we don’t come from the same place but we’re aligned in the same purpose. Each of us brings a different lens, different life experiences, different strengths, different ways of seeing and solving problems. And instead of competing, those differences complement each other. Where one of us brings clarity, another brings accountability. Where one brings structure, another brings encouragement. Where one challenges, another nurtures. So when people experience the Trio, they’re not just getting one perspective they’re getting a full circle approach to transformation. That’s what allows us to meet people exactly where they are… and help move them forward in a way that’s both practical and personal. It’s not about one voice being louder, it’s about three voices coming together to create something stronger, more balanced, and more impactful than any of us could do alone.”

6.  In today’s fast-paced world, people often chase success without clarity. How do you help individuals redefine success in a way that aligns with purpose and values?

In today’s world, success is often defined by how you can accumulate more money, more recognition, and more achievements. But we help people pause and ask a different question: ‘Is the life I’m building actually aligned with who I’m called to be?’ For us, redefining success starts with clarity. Clarity of purpose. Clarity of values. Clarity of what truly matters. Because if you don’t define success for yourself, the world will define it for you and you can end up successful on paper… but unfulfilled in real life. So we guide people to build from the inside out. We help them get clear on their vision, align their decisions with their values, and create structure that supports a God-centered life not just a busy one. That means success isn’t just about what you achieve, it’s about how you live, how you steward what you’ve been given, and who you become in the process. When purpose and values lead, success stops being something you chase…and becomes something you build intentionally.”

7.  Faith is a central component of your work. How has your relationship with God influenced not only your personal transformation but also your coaching philosophy?

“Faith isn’t just a part of what we do, it’s the foundation of who we are. Our relationship with God has shaped every part of our personal transformation. It’s where we’ve found clarity in uncertain seasons, strength when we felt stretched, and direction when we didn’t know what the next step looked like. And that same foundation carries into how we coach. We don’t just help people set goals, we help them seek God for vision first. Because we believe transformation starts with alignment with God’s will, not just personal ambition. From there, our philosophy is about stewardship. What God shows you… you’re responsible for building. So we combine faith with action, prayer with planning, discernment with discipline. We teach our clients how to hear from God, but also how to move on what they hear. Because real transformation isn’t just spiritual it’s lived out daily. In your decisions… your habits… your priorities. Our journey with God has taught us that when you truly put Him first, everything else begins to align. And that’s what we help people experience not just a moment with God… but a lifestyle that reflects Him.”

8. For organizations or event planners considering bringing in the TransformationTrio, what kind of transformation or takeaway can they expect their audience to walk away with?

When organizations or event planners bring in the Transformation Trio, they can expect more than a moment they can expect movement. Our audiences don’t just leave inspired… they leave equipped. We focus on three key outcomes: Clarity – People walk away knowing exactly what they’ve been called to build and why it matters.  Strategy They gain practical, real-life tools they can apply immediately whether it’s in their finances, leadership, or personal growth.  Activation- Most importantly, they leave ready to move not just think about change, but actually take the next step Because we don’t just speak to emotions we speak to execution. Whether we’re in a conference, a leadership room, or a corporate setting, we meet people where they are and help them connect their faith, their purpose, and their everyday decisions in a way that produces real results. So the transformation they can expect is this: People shift from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain…to clear, confident, and committed to building

At its core, the message of the Transformation Trio is clear: transformation is not something you wait for, it is something you choose and build. Through faith, structure, and consistent action, they are helping people shift from feeling stuck to moving with confidence and intention. Whether in personal development, leadership, or life purpose, their approach empowers individuals to not only understand what they are called to do, but to actively walk it out. The result is not just inspiration, but real change. A life rooted in clarity, strengthened by faith, and driven by purpose.
