By Zoila Palma: The Belmopan City Council, in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan, hosted “A Taste of Japan,” a cultural experience highlighting Japanese food, drinks and culture.
Chef Toshiya Tsujimoto led the food preparation, while Christian Panti and Kimberly Lara prepared drinks for the morning segment.
The event welcomed special guests from the Embassies of Japan, Cuba and Venezuela, bringing together representatives to celebrate Japanese culture and culinary traditions.
Several local businesses participated in the event, including Hambre Restaurant, Bellavis Bistro, Wingz Restaurant, The 8 Deck & Lounge and Priva Restaurant.
The Belmopan City Council thanked the participating businesses for supporting the initiative and helping share Japanese culture through food and drinks.
